Think about this: How many times do you check your email on a daily basis? Once every hour? A few times a day? A few times an hour? Every 15 minutes?

Let’s say you check your email every hour and let’s assume that it takes you 10 minutes to access your inbox and scroll through your messages. After your sixth check of the inbox, you have already used up an hour of your time.
